Ensure you use the correct account information to avoid payment issues. Partial payments are not accepted; only full payments as specified in the brochure will be accepted.
3. Participation
- Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards others. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Identification: Delegates must wear their conference badges at all times within the conference venue.
- Sessions: The conference schedule, including sessions, may be subject to change. Organizers will do their best to inform participants of any changes in a timely manner.
- Online Presentations: In the event that participants are unable to attend in person, they are allowed to make their presentations online.
4. Abstract Submission
- Submission: Abstracts must be submitted through the official submission portal by the specified deadline.
- Review: All submissions will be reviewed by an expert committee. Acceptance of abstracts is at the discretion of the committee.
- Publication: Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings. Only abstracts from registered delegates will be included.
5. Intellectual Property
- Rights: All content presented at the conference, including presentations and posters, is the intellectual property of the authors. Reproduction or distribution of content without permission is prohibited.
- Recording: Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior approval from the organizers.
6. Privacy
- Data Use: Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for conference-related purposes. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- Communications: By registering, you consent to receive communication from the conference organizers regarding the event and related activities.
7. Liability
- Insurance: Participants are responsible for their own travel and health insurance. The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
- Force Majeure: The organizers are not responsible for any cancellation or change of plans due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
